Our Story

True Care Wellness started as a bridge to fill a gap in our Central California Coast community.  As our population grows, the need for providers grows.  The demand for individualized care is also growing. The Holistic and Precision health approach is a combination of finding which works best for your entire wellness needs. 

 About Stacy

Stacy Tidd was a girl who read a book titled, "I want to be a Nurse" when she was in kindergarten. Instantly, she knew nursing was her path. As timing and perseverance opened doors, Stacy learned the art of caring. About every ten years, she chipped away at school towards her goal of Nurse Practitioner. Today, Stacy is a lifelong learner and strives to provide the best care possible. Her moto "Humor therapy: builds endorphins and prevents atelectasis" is a mouthful to say and basically states that laughter is great medicine. She attributes her longevity in healthcare to the command, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,  and  YOUR NEIGHBOR AS  YOURSELF"...
